Absolutely gorgeous flowers for my bridal bouquet. My mom is particularly picky about flowers and she was impressed so I know they were really good haha. They still look amazing months later after I dried them out as well. So glad to be able to have them as a keepsake from my wedding day. I didn't work with them directly, but I stopped by the shop a couple days after the wedding to introduce myself and they were all so lovely and clearly passionate about their work. I would highly recommend them for all your flower needs big and small.

Fleur de lis has created the most creative, gorgeous and thoughtful flower arrangements for decades. I am local and I am never disappointed. I can just say….red roses, berries and a plaid bow and I am astounded with this artistry of the arrangement. My mothers favorite color is blue and she is wow’d by the beauty of her birthday arrangement. Look no further for your needs in CNY.

So thankful for Fleur de lis Floral Design and their amazing service! I ordered sympathy flowers through another florist (shame on me!) and they canceled the order on the weekend before services for reasons unbeknownst to be — too late to have another florist fulfill this for me...or so I thought. I live in another town and have never used Fleur de lis before. They were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They delivered such a beautiful arrangement for same day delivery. Not may businesses will go above and beyond these days so needless to say I am extremely happy and appreciative.

I live in Arizona and I’ve only ever placed online orders for my mother who lives locally for special occasions and Fleur de lis Floral continues to impress me! They deliver on time and the arrangements are even more beautiful than the photos on their website. I will continue to order from Fleur de lis Floral in the future!

Fleur de Lis went above and beyond on our wedding day. All of the flowers were honestly magical. It created the most beautiful wedding environment and really set the stage for the whole event. Everyone was talking about how beautiful all the flowers were - and we are still getting emails about it! Sandra was amazing to work with and really brought my vision to life. She was so accommodating to all of the changes, and patient with my indecisiveness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to fleur de lis for making our floral dreams come true!!

Devon and Sandra at Fleur de lis were wonderful to work with during the planning of our wedding- they supported us with style, vision, and flower selections long in advance to make sure everything was just right. The flowers themselves were exquisite and we’re still getting compliments on the spectacular job they did. Highly recommend!

Great service, excellent arrangements, very knowledgeable. Staff is always pleasant whether I'm picking up a little arrangement for my mom or something fancy to for the wife. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else!

My daughter ordered flowers from Fleur de lis for me for Mother’s Day. In the past she has ordered from a different florist but she checked out your web site and she really liked your arrangements. When the flowers arrived there was very little water in the vase and no preservative included and a couple of flower heads were broken off. The arrangement is very unique and pretty but after only having them for seven days most of the flowers are dead. I would think an $80.00 arrangement would last longer than seven days. I am going to recommend to my daughter to go back to the other florist their arrangements may not be as unique as yours but they last a whole lot longer. I wanted to include a picture of my dead arrangement but it won’t give me the option to.
The day after writing this review I received a huge beautiful flower arrangement from Fleur de lis delivered by Devon. He was so apologetic for the arrangement that I had received for Mother’s Day and wanted to make things right. That’s what I call costumer service making sure the costumer is happy. Thank you Devon!

As a fellow florist in Manlius, NY, I always hesitate ordering from other florists in CNY. I ordered an "out of our delivery area" design for one of my best customers & both the sender & recipient were delighted with the arrangement received! Same day, late order & they delivered as promised...thank you so much!!!

Highly recommend. I just received the most exquisite floral arrangement from Fleur de Lis. I have received many of their arrangements over the years. They are are always beautiful, fresh and unique. The care they take and creativity is outstanding.

This place is awesome! I'm out in California and ordered something for my moms 60th birthday. They did an incredible job with the arrangement I had picked out. Great job and thank you for making my moms 60th birthday that much better.

Sandra did my wedding flowers at Emerson Park and they were BEAUTIFUL.
I really did not have any types of flower in mind but I had a look that I wanted. I showed Sandra the photos and she killed it!!
She even took a very last minute change and made it work. I highly recommend her!!

Love this shop! They were so amazing for my wedding I received compliments all throughout the day on how gorgeous all the flowers where! Sandra is your fairy god mother of wedding planning she keys in on latest wedding trends and fully listens and incorporates your ideas into the florals. They are very professional and all the flowers were beautiful and fresh. I even saved succulents and re potted to remember the day. I now use this shop to send flowers for all occasions!

I want to start by saying the work that she did for my wedding was beautiful. I had a very specific vision that I was looking for and she accomplished that and even went beyond what I expected from her.
That being said, working with her is difficult to say the least. She is frequently dismissive, rude and difficult to communicate with. I also had a VERY poor experience with her post wedding.
She badgered me for the username and password for all my wedding photos on multiple occasions. I kindly explained to her that I did not wish to give her full access to all of my wedding photos, of all my friends and family, to do whatever she wanted with. Instead, I explained that I would be happy to send her photos that included her work to show case. I sent her over 60 photos of her work that my photographer took including bouquets, bouts, reception and ceremony pieces and confirmed that she was able to open the images. Apparently, this wasn't good enough for her and she instead decided she would go behind my back and email my photographer for more photos!!! Not only did she completely disrespect my wishes, she went behind my back, thinking I wouldn't find out when she is in NO WAY entitled to the photos. If she wanted such specific photos, she should have taken them herself on the day of the wedding when she dropped them off. This had to be one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful things I have ever encountered - not just in the wedding world!
Her work may be pretty, but I think you can find just as good, if not better, of a florist in the area without having to compromise customer service and professionalism.

I’m an award winning floral designer from NYC. I’ve sent flowers two different occasions, expressed what I had envisioned and both times they were absolutely beyond beautiful! And the exquisite array of high end florals is awesome!

The biggest thank you to Sandra for making my wedding look so beautiful. I came to her a few months before my wedding and slightly panicking because the florist I originally hired backed out and said she could not longer do what I was asking her to do for my tables. I sent Sandra the inspirational photos of what I wanted and she very confidentially and calmly let me know it was not a problem. My budget was not super high and she worked with me to give me the exact look I wanted with alternative/similar flowers so everything fit within my budget. When I walked in the room before the ceremony I was beyond happy with the outcome. I absolutely LOVED the flowers and how they looked on the table. Additionally, she decorated our pergola, did ceremony entrance flowers, place card table flowers and all the bouquets. Flawless is the only word I can say. Sandra and her team did such an incredible job on ALL of the florals at the wedding. It was exactly what I wanted and what I envisioned the tables to look like. I couldn't of asked for a better set-up.
